Trees Paelinck, General Managerof Women on Board and Sigrid Marz, Senior Client Partner, Board Practice at Korn Ferry and Practice Leader Technology Systems EMEA invite you to the pre-summer session of Women on Board, an interactive work shop. Today, many understand the correlation between diversity and inclusion (D&I), sustainable growth, business performance, innovation, brand equity and share price. Diversity and Inclusion is a much-debated topic at board level and in companies. When it comes to execution, we are not there yet. Overall, there is still a lot of work to be done in our country to create truly inclusive interactions at whatever level of the organisation.
Inclusiveness starts with the recognition of the need for diversity. But this is only a very first step. Building inclusive groups at board or executive committee level requires to respond to some challenging questions:
• How can D&I create a competitive advantage?
• What do we need to do to create an inclusive, high performance culture and equitable practices in our organizations?
As Women on Board and together with Korn Ferry, we are at the heart of this debate. How do we come to grips with our own unconscious bias?
During the afternoon, we will share the latest Thought Leadership results of Profacts and the Korn Ferry Institute.
