Alexander’s book goes beyond the classic feminist pamphlet and offers a series of concrete proposals in a quest for gender equality. It has substantive appeal for men to assume responsibility, but also to liberate themselves through feminism by breaking free from traditions, stereotypes and social pressures that perpetuate inequality between men and women. Because feminism also benefits men.

Leadership development Practice Director and Executive Coach
INSEAD Global Leadership CentreMartine develops Leadership programmes and does executive coaching since 2003 in the INSEAD Global Leadership center.
She leads the coaching part for INSEAD’s CEO program (AVIRA) and the Leadership Transition Program. Her expertise is in leadership transition coaching, team and group dynamics, developing emotional intelligence and working with C-suite executives. She also led the coaching modules for INSEAD’s executive programs for female leaders for Deutsche Bank, Unilever, and Siemens.
She was a member of INSEADs Executive Committee from 1995-2003. She holds a Masters in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School of Government and an Exec. Masters in Coaching and consulting for Change from INSEAD and an MA in political Science from the KUL.
Marc Lauwers
CEO Argenta Bank en VerzekeringMarc Lauwers kan bogen op een rijkgevulde en indrukwekkende carrière binnen de financiële sector.
Hij was ruim 25 jaar actief bij Bacob, Artesia, Dexia en Belfius, in zeer diverse functies.
In 2006 werd hij lid van het directiecomité van Belfius en was er tot 2013 vicevoorzitter van het directiecomité, verantwoordelijk voor retail en commercial banking.
Hij zetelde vanaf april 2013 in het directiecomité van KBL European Private Bankers (‘KBL epb’) als Group COO en Group Deputy CEO.
In september 2016 startte hij als CEO van Argenta Bank-en verzekeringsgroep.
Dirk P. Luyten
Chairman of Board, United Fund for BelgiumDirk P. Luyten has more than 20 years of experience in strategic management consulting as Managing Partner at Arthur D Little and Accenture.
He currently holds various Board Memberships and collaborates with Diversity and Performance.
He is Member of the Executive Committee of the Woman in Business Global Club of the INSEAD Alumni Association.
He holds an International Director Program-Certificate from INSEAD (2018), a Certificate in “Strategy in the Age of Digital Disruption” from INSEAD (2016).
He holds a Certificate in Leadership Excellence through Awareness and Practices from INSEAD (2015), is an INSEAD MBA (89J) and also holds a Master Degree in Law and a Master Degree in Economics from the State University of Ghent, Belgium.
Marleen Vaesen
Board Member Kinepolis, Van de VeldeMarleen started her career at Procter&Gamble and executed different marketing functions in Belgium and Europe. In 1999, She joined Sara Lee/Douwe Egberts as Managing Director Belgium. She was responsible for the launch of Senseo, a revolution in Coffee. Afterward, she was appointed Senior Vice President for the international rollout and innovations on Senseo. Later, she was Senior Vice President with P&L responsibility for Western Europe. Marleen became CEO of Greenyard in 2012 and lead the merger with Univeg in 2015, creating a global market leader in Fruit & Vegetables. She transformed the different companies into 1 integrated group with a common vision, mission, and strategy. Marleen is Board member at Kinepolis and Van de Velde.
Marleen graduated at KUL as Master in Applied Economics, she obtained an MBA of the University of Chicago and an AMP from Harvard University.

Nicoline SpruijtNicoline is a Senior Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit. Her background in Marketing, Sales, General Management, Transformational Change and Mergers give Nicoline the experience to lead the Brandhomies and guide clients through different challenges: be it strategic, operational, on a branding level, on a company level or in the inherent talent within the team. She sees what does not match the story. As a Manager, Nicoline is passionately driven by the mission with a strong ability to achieve business goals. In her shaping, she recognizes a brands’ & people strengths, combined the essence to reach a companies’ full potential.
Nicoline holds a Master in Applied Economics and enriched her knowledge with a degree at Harvard on Corporate M&A and International Directors’ Program at INSEAD. She has proven to be skilled in Crisis Management. She speaks fluently Dutch, English, French. Nicoline is also member of Women on Board, and a regular speaker.
