On 29 September the group of members that participated in the Women on Track program came together at ‘The Gradient’ to share their experiences about the mentoring months they had. Many explained that even in Corona period, linking up with their mentor/mentee became more crucial. Many discussed their future careers and also what tasks needed to be done to be able to get that first board mandate
