Associate Member

If you are interested in joining Women on Board as an associate member, please check the Core Competences Profile. If you feel you qualify, you can apply using below application form.

Your application will be assessed by WoB’s Admissions Committee which will advise the board on the admission decision.

Before you start:

• read through the form to be aware of mandatory fields (marked with *)
• make sure you have the following attachments at hand:
  • your CV in English
  • your motivation letter (describing why you want to become an associate member and in what sense your profile meets the core competencies)
  • including two references with contact details
  • a recent photograph

Make sure you fill all fields even though the information can be retrieved on your CV.

This form is best filled in using a PC/Laptop (not a tablet or smartphone).

If you wish, you can fill out the form in multiple sessions. Use the ‘Save’ button in the top right-hand corner to display the load and save options.

Associate Membership Fee

The current annual membership fee is 200€.

Access to the Talent Pool

The list of associate members (“the talent pool”) is accessible by our associate members and, on request, by interested third parties.

Login access to associate members’ profiles is granted permanently to associate members and on a temporary basis to any interested third party upon justified request sent by email.

The list of supporting members is not disclosed.

Women on Board is committed to preserving privacy. The personal information requested in the application form will be restricted to the use of those persons involved in the members admission process. Once you are admitted, your personal data will be transferred to the members database accessible only by authorised parties having signed a confidentiality charter. Women on Board will not use your personal data for marketing purposes. You have a right of access, information and rectification of your data, at no cost.
