Women on Board Belgium cordially invites you to a special breakfast session to celebrate our 15th anniversary. This milestone is a celebration of 15 years of impactful progress in increasing female representation on boards across Belgium. While we reflect on our achievements, this event is focused on the future, highlighting the current landscape and the urgent need to decisively step up representation at the board level.

We also want to thank our dedicated Women on Board community and recognize and honor the role of our members, partners and supporters in building our strong professional network.

Join us to celebrate this milestone and be inspired and strengthen professional bonds as we take further action towards truly inclusive governance and move forward with our mission to “Drive Value, Shape the Future.”

Our discussion will feature an engaging debate with distinguished guests who are actively shaping the future of corporate governance and leadership.

The session will kick off with a powerful Keynote Address from Mrs. Annelies Verlinden, Minister of Justice, on the topic: “Why Diverse Leadership has become an imperative in both business and society”. This will be followed by a dynamic Panel Discussion with the following speakers:
