Following the success of our cohort this year and the need and interest to benefit from the best tools and  experts to step forward as a board member, we are happy to propose a new Programme in 2026.

The programme in 5 live sessions will tackle these goals:

• Understand the board selection process, its challenges and opportunities
• Interact & learn from seasoned board members and industry experts
• Join a powerful and supportive community of like-minded women & build valuable relationships

Women in Board leadership

Understand the role and position of the Board and its expectations towards its directors. Take a deep-dive into challenges & opportunities for Women on Board.

 

SESSION 2 (24 APRIL -2.30 PM to 5 PM)

Raise your Board profile!

Together with an executive search firm and the board committee, comprehend how the nomination process works, who the actors are and how they get involved. Furthermore, learn how to draw an effective board CV.

 

SESSION 3 (22 MAY -2.30 PM to 5 PM)

Position yourself as a Board member

Explore the leadership transition: from executive management to Board member, develop your personal branding together with a specialist and network across.

 

SESSION 4 ( 19 JUNE -2.30 PM to 5 PM)

Develop your Board value proposition

Develop your value proposition and learn how to pitch it effectively. Learn from board members on how to use your voice in the boardroom.

 

SESSION 5 (18 SEPTEMBER -2.30 PM to 5 PM)

Get on track: ready for Board action

Develop your own Board action plan to launch your Board career.
