While we reflect on our achievements, this event is focused on the future, highlighting the current landscape and the urgent need to decisively step up representation at the board level.

We also want to thank our dedicated Women on Board community and recognize and honor the role of our members, partners and supporters in building our strong professional network.

Our discussion will feature an engaging debate with distinguished guests who are actively shaping the future of corporate governance and leadership.

The session will kick off with a powerful Keynote Address from Mrs. Annelies Verlinden, Minister of Justice, on the topic: “Why Diverse Leadership has become an imperative in both business and society”. This will be followed by a dynamic Panel Discussion with the following speakers:
