Marion Debruyne, Dean of Vlerick Business School, will open the programme, sharing her insights on personal branding, and how to turn unique experiences into strategic assets. This will be followed by an interactive panel discussion moderated by Professor of Leadership Katleen De Stobbeleir, focusing on how boards of directors and leaders can turn diversity into measurable organisational impact.
