Objective of the programme

The program offers a Mentee, qualified and talented man or woman, the opportunity to be mentored by an experienced board chair or director (male/female).
It aims at giving opportunity to a limited number of members of Women on Board, GUBERNA, FBnet and FEB/VBO (mentees), to be mentored by experienced board members of important Belgian companies (mentors), during a period of 18 months.

After the success of the first two editions (see press release) GUBERNA is proud to present you the list of previous Mentors (see here the list).

The aim of the Mentoring Programme is to raise awareness on diversity and gender diversity at board level. The aim is not to improve managerial competences of the Mentees.
