INTRODUCTION

As a result of a new European directive and a new regulation, the Belgian audit landscape has been drastically modified:  a few examples are mandatory audit firm rotation regarding the public-interest entities, new rules on non-audit services, a new audit report, additional reporting to the Audit Committee, new responsibilities of the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors.

The speakers will bring to the attention of the company secretaries, the board members and the audit committee members the key elements of this important reform. During a 2-hours session specifically oriented to the WOB members, the IBR – IRE will outline the major elements of this reform and its impact on the organization of companies.

The participants will also have the possibility to address their questions to the different speakers, either during the Q&A session or informally during the cocktail subsequent to the presentation.

An event not to be missed!
